Entrance to house via 1 step to front door or through the garage which also has 1 step (neither have ramp access). Inside to the left of front door is access to garage down 1 step and straight ahead access to utility room with washing machine and dryer, and a shower room and toilet, all areas lit with overhead lighting. Inside to right of front door 13 steps up to first floor to landing. Door on the left leads to open plan living room and kitchen and on the right a door out to small, enclosed decked garden (this can be very slippy when wet or icy) Living area comprises of 2 double settees and TV with teletext operated with remote controls and dining area with seating for 6 people. The kitchen has eye-level cooker and microwave, combined fridge and freezer, under counter dishwasher, and worktops.
